Philip­pine Air­lines opens do­mes­tic flights to San Vin­cente Air­port, Palawan

San Vi­cente Air­port wel­comed the first flight of Philip­pine Air­lines on Oc­to­ber 28, 2018 from Clark In­ter­na­tional Air­port, Pam­panga. Mr. Joel E. Paderes, Branch Man­ager of Philip­pine Air­lines Puerto Princesa , said San Vi­cente should ex­pect tourists from north­ern and cen­tral Lu­zon.

“We will be ex­pect­ing tourists from north­ern and cen­tral Lu­zon to El Nido, Port Bar­ton. Inaasa­han namin na pas­sen­gers, this will cut the travel time from Puerto Princesa to El Nido for about two hours.” He said.

He added it will also pro­vide em­ploy­ment to the town. “Our staff here right now ex­cept for the su­per­vi­sor are all lo­cally hired. Nakat­u­long tayo sa San Vi­cente with 40 lo­cal hires,” he said.

PAL Ex­press caters five weekly flights (Mon­day, Wed­nes­day, Fri­day, Satur­day and Sun­day). And will in­crease to daily flights by De­cem­ber 18, 2018 and will uti­lize the 86-seater Bom­bardier Nex­tGen­er­a­tion Q400 tur­bo­prop air­craft which is fit­ted with six Econ­omy Plus pre­mium seats and 80 roomy Econ­omy Class reg­u­lar seats
