DENR brings services to Altavas, Aklan

KALIBO – The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) - Aklan recently reached out to the people of Altavas, Aklan and provided its frontline services to the local community.

DENR provided various ENR Services to the residents of Brgy. Man- up such as scheduling requests for public land surveys, distributing free agricultural patents, and distributing IEC materials.

A briefing and hands- on demo on Bamboo Propagation was also conducted by Forester Basilio Bajoyo to interested participant as part of the department’s thrust and implementation of the Bamboo Plantation Development Project (BPDP) under the expanded National Greening Program (eNGP). help to our residents because they can save time, effort and travelling expenses going to Kalibo , and instead avail of the frontline services of DENR in their own barangay,” said Altavas Sangguniang Bayan member Denny Refol Jr.
