io, In­tern I L O I L O C i t y – A n e mployee o f a t r u c k com­pany on 6th Street, Lawa- an Vil­lage, Barangay Balan­tang, Jaro dis­trict was found dead in­side a van.

The body of the 36- year- old Fran­cisco Canoy was dis­cov­ered by a f el­low Power Truck­haus worker around 1 p. m. on May 29.

Po­lice found no in­juries on Canoy. They were still in­ves­ti­gat­ing what ex­actly caused his death.

All they knew so far was that he was suf­fer­ing from cough prior to his death, a po­lice re­port showed.

The 49- year- old truck c o m p a n y s e c r e t a r y Home­lyn Ji­mena called the po­lice and re­ported that she found Canoy’s body ly­ing in­side the closed van parked within the Power Truck­haus premises.

The van was filled with sev­eral cans and gal­lons of paint./
