3 FLIGHTS TO AND FROM TAI­WAN CAN­CELED

Three flights to and from Taipei, Tai­wan, at Ni­noy Aquino In­ter­na­tional Air­port were can­celed on Sun­day as Typhoon “Go­rio” (in­ter­na­tional name: Ne­sat) bat­tered the is­land af­ter ex­it­ing from the Philip­pine area of re­spon­si­bil­ity.

In an ad­vi­sory, the Manila In­ter­na­tional Air­port Au­thor­ity (MIAA) said the can­celed morn­ing flights from Taipei were China Air­lines Flight 701, Cebu Pa­cific Flight 5J-311 and Air Asia Zest Flight Z2-129. China Air­lines Flight 702 to Taipei was also can­celed.

The MIAA ad­vised rel­a­tives of pas­sen­gers and other wel­com­ers to co­or­di­nate with the air­lines for the resched­uled flights.
