WHY GO

If you want to check out a two-star Michelin chef's take on a "sexy, casual, French-style bistro," this is worth going to. The food is straightforward but very good.

TATLER TIPS

Tucked away in a bright and lively corner of Bonifacio Global City, Atelier Vivanda's French chef, Akrame Benallal, has made negotiating the intricacies of French cuisine easy. Just go for La Formule, which consists of an appetiser, a main course, sides, and dessert. Start with the delectable green pea soup with soft-boiled egg. The black Angus hamper is tender and expertly seasoned. No fuss, just plain good. Mix this with the threeway potato sampler. Finish it off with a bang, and get the strawberry soup. It'll leave you wanting for more.
