A peaceful buffet is difficult to come by, but the Conrad Hotel has succeeded in providing a relaxing and quiet environment for diners. It offers the luxury of space, so even at the height of lunch hour traffic, one can still have an easy, enjoyable pace.

The buffet is amazing, but if you wish to order à la carte, you will be pleased nonetheless. Start with the sustainable tuna tasters, an innovative take on sashimi—thinly sliced tuna served three ways: seared, marinated, and wrapped in soy jelly. A good selection of pastas and pizzas are also on offer like the 48 hours oxtail ragout with casarecce is excellent! Their handcrafted Australian burger with a home-made sun-dried tomato bun is perfectly char-grilled and juicy. If you are craving for Filipino food, the restaurant has a hearty pinakbet served with crunchy bagnet.
