Caviar

Philippine Tatler Best Restaurants - - FRENCH MEDITERRANEAN -

WHY GO

An excellent place with great ambience, the well-stocked bar is perfect for pre-dinner cocktails, before indulging in great French Mediterranean cuisine. The menu offers a wide array of caviar to pair with a good selection of champagnes and wines.

TATLER TIPS

While champagne and wine selection is ample, best to call the restaurant before the visit as the online list defers from actual availability. Dine inside for a romantic setting or move outdoors for something more casual. The pan-seared foie gras with pickled vegetables or poached prawns and mango are two dishes not to be missed as the balance of flavours is outstanding. The smoked salmon or the USDA prime rib-eye is done to perfection and sauces that are offered as an accompaniment are not necessary.
