Whether for date night or familial celebrations for, say, intimate parties of 30, this fine dining restaurant has such an awesome ambience and sweeping views of the sea. The menu is not extensive but each creation is worth a try.
An odd combination on paper but otherwise genius to one’s taste buds: try the fat and juicy Bohol prawns with salty and perfectly cooked caviar eggplant topped with savoury Parmesan chips. Call it gluttonous but why stop the fresh seafood fest when you can dig into the Cowrie’s seafood platter comprising lobster, jumbo prawns, scallops, calamari, and white fish (to be shared, of course!). After indulging in Cebu’s finest fruits de mer, the light and refreshing pineapple carpaccio and lemon sorbet is a great tropical palate refresher.
