WHY GO

For traditional Hong Kong dim sum, classic Cantonese dishes, and live seafood offerings cooked in a variety of ways.

TATLER TIPS

Serving sizes are generous—the small is good enough for sharing between three to four when ordering several dishes. Go for the fresh shrimp hakaw, baked Bo Lo pork buns filled with juicy morsels of barbecued pork in a nice crumbly crust, and the soupy chilli crab xiao long bao dumplings. Seafood lovers indulge! Savour the signature steamed live garoupa; the pan-fried fresh prawns in soy sauce, or the succulent sautéed egg white with shredded steamed fish and conpoy, Shanghai style. A nice counterpoint is the sour and spicy stewed eggplant with minced meat. For a refreshing finale, don't miss the avocado pudding with pomelo.
