Savour the sig­na­ture steamed live garoupa; the pan-fried fresh prawns in soy sauce, or the suc­cu­lent sautéed egg white with shred­ded steamed fish and con­poy, Shang­hai style. A nice coun­ter­point is the sour and spicy stewed egg­plant with minced meat. For a re­fresh­ing fi­nale, don't miss the av­o­cado pud­ding with pomelo.
