WHY GO

The chef, Chele Gonzalez, and his team create innovative dishes made of native Filipino products that leave you wanting for more and more. This is the height of culinary genius set in an art space with works curated for the diners' viewing pleasure.

TATLER TIPS

Have the 15-course Alamat set menu that will lead you through the Philippines on a gustatory voyage. The dishes that stand out are the Binondo, which is a sampler of bites with a Chinese influence. Then the sour ribs are wagyu ribs in a soyamansi sauce with onions and garlic. This is magic on your palate. The desserts are to die for...the suman and pandan eclair must be experienced. Words don't do them justice.
