WHY GO

Over the past decade, HEAT’s outstanding buffet and à la carte menu has so entrenched itself in the gastronomic lives of so many in the Ortigas area, few restaurants can boast the same feat.

TATLER TIPS

Take in the restaurant's open-theatre kitchens and take your time studying the Asian and continental dishes offered. Start off your meal with an invigorating Caesar salad composed of tossed greens, anchovies, egg, crisp bacon, and croutons on a creamy dressing, served with your choice of smoked salmon, grilled prawns or chicken breast. For Filipino purists, the chicken inasal, a tender spring chicken cooked in lemon grass, annatto and spices is spectacular. The certified Angus beef burger with its mouthwatering patty is nicely complemented with sautéed onions and mushrooms as well as bacon, served on a sesame bun.
