This all-day dining restaurant of the Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila makes one feel like you are wandering through a treasure trove of food stations in a luxe setting.

The breakfast buffet is a dream and the variety endless! There are egg dishes like the frittata, local noodles, bakery goodies, and freshly squeezed green concoctions. The rotisserie yields a mean Nonya chicken and lamb chops with a cumin and coriander marinade plus a side of couscous. From the seafood live kitchen comes the 1/2 Boston lobster drizzled with dalandan- infused olive oil. The prawns and mussels are memorably served with shredded tamarind papaya, crushed peanuts, and a zesty Habanero vinaigrette.
