Start with either the superbly executed linguine with clams and bottarga, (the amount of spice is to perfection) or the pizza prosciutto e fungi, on a crisp crust—outstanding. For your entrée, the succulent pork chop with Barola sauce on a bed of creamy polenta is a wonderful tapestry of flavours and textures. And for a sweet finale, both the signature tiramisu or the torta di mele, a delightful apple cake topped with vanilla ice cream, are great options.
