Start with ei­ther the su­perbly ex­e­cuted lin­guine with clams and bot­targa, (the amount of spice is to per­fec­tion) or the pizza pro­sciutto e fungi, on a crisp crust—out­stand­ing. For your en­trée, the suc­cu­lent pork chop with Barola sauce on a bed of creamy po­lenta is a won­der­ful tapestry of flavours and tex­tures. And for a sweet fi­nale, both the sig­na­ture ti­ramisu or the torta di mele, a de­light­ful ap­ple cake topped with vanilla ice cream, are great op­tions.
