Pre-or­der the dessert like the av­o­cado pie. The carabao but­ter chicken is a beau­ti­ful chicken cut­let lightly bat­tered and then smoth­ered in grass-fed carabao but­ter and served with brown rice. De­li­cious ! Served in a tra­di­tional clay pot, the lamb adobo is a rich and savoury dish with ten­der lamb cuts in a gar­licky adobo sauce served with gar­lic fried rice. In­dulge in the six-hour sous vide duck with sea­sonal fruit. The fruit is a con­trast to the savoury duck meat that's so ten­der and with the right amount of fat and sauce. Served with hari­cot vert and corn morsels.
