Reserve ahead. Ask for a table by the wall if you are a party of more than four diners. There is a selection of premium teas but the house jasmine is fresh and pleasant. The honey glazed ginger chicken is a balance of sweet and savoury flavours topped with caramelised fine ginger slices that augment the sweet glaze. Long life prawns is a beautiful presentation of big prawns wrapped in fine shredded deep fried rice noodles served with a choice of fruity plum sauce or hoisin. The mixed vegetables in a taro ring is a good presentation of an array of mushrooms and greens that keep their crunch and temperature while the taro provides the balance of flavour.
