Di­a­mond Ho­tel Manila cel­e­brated the coun­try’s In­de­pen­dence Day last month with a two-week food fes­ti­val at the ho­tel’s sig­na­ture restau­rant, Cor­niche. It opened with a live cook­ing demo by the author, celebrity chef and culi­nary her­itage ad­vo­cate Chef Tatung Sarthou that show­cased de­lec­ta­ble Filipino cui­sine.
