Gourmet food and wine en­thu­si­asts de­lighted in Reser­va­tions in Par­adise, the much-awaited epi­curean week­end con­cep­tu­alised by Shangri-La's Bo­ra­cay Re­sort & Spa, in part­ner­ship with wine dis­trib­u­tor Bac­chus In­ter­na­tional. The re­sort's re­cently-ap­pointed GM ANNE BUSFIELD wel­comed guests to the grand event that high­lighted a lux­u­ri­ous se­ries of cock­tail af­ter­noons amidst the glo­ri­ous sun­sets of Bo­ra­cay is­land, dainty cham­pagne brunches and cre­ative al fresco din­ners around the re­sort's beau­ti­ful grounds.

Now on its fourth year, this year's Reser­va­tions in Par­adise show­cased the culi­nary cre­ations of the guest chef OLIVIER PISTRE, Ex­ec­u­tive Chef of Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur, who flew in just for the af­fair, as well as the re­sort's very own Chef de Cui­sine OMAR UGOLETTI.

The gas­tro­nomic week­end fea­tured wine pair­ings with se­lect vin­tages from Mai­son Louis Jadot, Bil­le­cart-Sal­mon, Le Man­u­fac­ture Vins Fins and Château de Beau­cas­tel.
