Favourite destination?

Boracay is home to the friendliest people and a most mesmerising sunset, but it is the sea that truly makes the island shine. Pristine and picture perfect, [it is] no wonder it's one of the world's best. What a blessing it is that we are just one hour away from paradise!

What do you love about travel?

The beauty of travel oftentimes moves me to tears... simply the feeling of being alive and appreciating the only world we have is way beyond beautiful. Travel has allowed me to witness the greatest sights on earth, sights that I used to only see in pictures. It has the ability of [touching] me to the core and making me feel completely connected to the planet.

I love food. Who doesn’t? I love trying something new [when I travel]—with chopsticks, with bare hands, out of clay pots and banana leaves or exploring street flavours. It brings people together and is the best way to learn [about a] new culture.

Travelling with the family can be a good way to strengthen the bond with your husband and kids.
