The ICanServe Foun­da­tion cel­e­brates the strength of breast can­cer survivors at this year’s Fash­ion Can Serve on 8 Oc­to­ber at the Raf­fles Ho­tel. With the theme Why We Fight, the show fea­tures hol­i­day col­lec­tions by de­sign­ers Mia Arce­nas, JC Buen­dia, Ito Cu­rata, Va­nia Ro­moff, Cary San­ti­ago, and Rosen­thal Tee. Ac­cord­ing to ICanServe pres­i­dent Tang Sing­son, “Our theme em­pha­sises the rea­son why breast can­cer pa­tients choose to fight: it’s for their spouses, chil­dren, and grand­chil­dren.” The face of Fash­ion Can Serve 2017 is Mau­reen Wrob­le­witz, the first Filip­ina to win Asia’s Next Top Model, who will be walk­ing in mem­ory of her mother, a for­mer ICanServe vol­un­teer who suc­cumbed to the dis­ease.
