A CELEBRATION OF TALENT

Celebrating its 14th year on 1 February, the Pasinaya at the Cultural Centre of the Philippines is still the largest arts festival in the country. This year, the annual showcase for local talent features world-class performances and thought-provoking exhibitions that aim to astonish visitors.
