Quezon City welcomed its largest hotel with the opening of Seda Vertis North, the dynamic Ayala Land community envisioned to be the lifestyle and business hub of the city. Earth tones comprise the hotels’ main color palette, which are complemented by pieces from Kenneth Cobonpue and Ann Pamintuan. Aside from imacs that are open for guest use, the lobby houses a stunning backdrop for the main reception area by Jaime Zobel de Ayala.

The hotel’s all-day dining facility, Misto, has proven to be a crowd-drawer very early on. Its spread includes Japanese, Chinese, Filipino and Italian cuisines, as well as noodles, grills and other delightful options. The restaurant also boasts a luscious spread of desserts, which includes homemade gelato, cakes, crepes, churros and local delicacies.

Seda Vertis North has the largest banquet and meeting venue in the area. Its Quezon ballroom can accommodate up to 700 guests for cocktails, or 450 for sit-down dinners, making it an ideal venue for weddings, birthdays, conventions and other big events.

Guest rooms equipped with modern essentials are spread out over 19 oors. The outdoor pool area has a snack bar and multi-functional space perfect for intimate events. Straight Up, the hotel’s signature bar, is located at the roof deck which offers unparalleled views of the city skyline. The bar is expected to be the coolest night spot in the city, with chill music, fabulous drinks and delicious nibbles.

Undeniably, the 438-room Seda Vertis North is redening the hotel experience in Quezon City. Watch for the Club Lounge, Presidential Suite, Seda Spa and Chinese specialty restaurant that are opening very soon.

Seda Vertis North is located at Astra corner Lux Drives, Vertis North, Quezon City. For reservations visit sedaho, email reservations.vertis@sedaho or call 739 8888.
