MAÑOSA: BEYOND ARCHITECTURE
The life and work of architect Francisco “Bobby” Mañosa is celebrated in the exhibit “MAÑOSA: Beyond Architecture” at the National Museum of the Philippines in Ermita, Manila. Recognized as the country’s first and most resolute champion of authentic Filipino architecture, Mañosa is best known for his work on the Coconut Palace, the Amanpulo and Pearl Farm resorts, and the EDSA Shrine. On display are the architect’s original drawings and models, archival photographs, and plans and projects never before seen by the public. A free lecture series also accompanies the exhibit. The show will run until May 12, 2017. For more info, visit www. facebook.com/franciscomanosa. exhibit.
