CONTAINER VAN LIVING Designing a house out of a container van sounds really cool, according to Buji and nikki. But before you go crazy daydreaming about it, be sure to ask yourselves these questions first: 1. What kind of container should you

get? if possible, choose high cube container vans for a better floor-to-ceiling height. it’s worth the additional cost. 2. How do you move the container to the

site? check for tight streets and corners as well as trees, portals, and low electrical wires that might get in the way. You will need a vertical clearance of at least 15 feet. 3. How do you position the container? in determining the proper orientation, consider insulation and sun shading. Take note: you may need an actual crane to lower the container van onto the building site. For more container van home articles, log on to www.realliving.com.ph
