OPEN SEASON. The dining table and chairs on the balcony serve as extra dining space. It overlooks the expanse of the resort-inspired development, treating the family and guests to a refreshing view. You can get a similar dining set like this at SM Home.

1. SHELL OUT. The Capiz lighting fixture that hangs above the living area was designed by Grace, to go with the Filipino Modernthemed unit.

2. SOUND CHECK. One of the very few pieces that aren't on theme is the Marshall speaker that sits on the custom-made chest of cabinets in the family's master bedroom.

3. PULL OVER. The wooden dining chairs were made to fit right underneath the kitchen counter, and comes with a steel handle that doesn't just serve as decoration, but also gives guests easy access to them when needed.

4. ASIAN TOUCH. The family mainly resides in Singapore, and this is but a few of the little good luck charms that they brought home from SG.
