“Baguio has always been special to me. I call it my ‘happy place,’ and it’s probably the reason why I go head over heels for anything rustic. I love how the city is so charming and inviting (despite the horrible traffic), and how, every time I go there, it always has something new to offer. I wanted to translate that experience into this table setting, where guests can feel at home in a laid-back ambiance, talk about anything under the sun, and simply unwind in good company.”

STYLE IT “Naturally, I went for neutrals and played with organic elements for texture, like a placemat made of twigs, sprigs of rosemary for color, and small stones. Whimsical accents, like the squirrel place card, add charm. Cutlery in brushed gold works well with this rustic setup. There’s nothing too contrived, really, just casual and spontaneous.”
