BEACH BABE PUSHUP Begin in plank with knees on the mat. Ex­tend right leg, par­al­lel with the floor. Keep left heel in line with hips by en­gag­ing glutes. Right leg ex­tended, ex­hale to bend the el­bows, low­er­ing into a push-up. In­hale to straighten arms, keep­ing leg lifted. Switch sides and re­peat.

TRI­CEP DIPS Po­si­tion hands shoul­der-width apart on the floor. Move hips for­ward, legs out in front with feet placed hip-width apart on the floor. Bend el­bows slightly, and lower the up­per body to­ward the floor un­til arms are at about a 90-de­gree an­gle. Once at the bot­tom of the move­ment, slowly push your­self straight back up to the start­ing po­si­tion.

PUSHUP RAISES Begin in a plank po­si­tion. Do a pushup, then twist to the left at the top of the pushup, reach­ing left arm to the ceil­ing with­out let­ting the pelvis rise or lower. Re­turn to plank po­si­tion, bring­ing hand back to the floor. Do it for your right arm.
