TRICEP DIPS Position hands shoulder-width apart on the floor. Move hips forward, legs out in front with feet placed hip-width apart on the floor. Bend elbows slightly, and lower the upper body toward the floor until arms are at about a 90-degree angle. Once at the bottom of the movement, slowly push yourself straight back up to the starting position.
PUSHUP RAISES Begin in a plank position. Do a pushup, then twist to the left at the top of the pushup, reaching left arm to the ceiling without letting the pelvis rise or lower. Return to plank position, bringing hand back to the floor. Do it for your right arm.
