THE ar­chi­tect iden­ti­fied by au­thor­i­ties as per­son of in­ter­est in the killing of Univer­sity of Science and Tech­nol­ogy of South­ern Philip­pines (USTP) president Dr. Ri­cardo Ro­toras has un­der­gone in­quest pro­ceed­ings, Wed­nes­day, Jan­uary 10.

How­ever, ar­chi­tect Rey Galua was ad­mit­ted at a pri­vate hospi­tal in the city af­ter com­plain­ing about his heart con­di­tion.

Galua was ar­rested by op­er­a­tives of the Crim­i­nal In­ves­ti­ga­tion and De­tec­tion Group-Ca­gayan de Oro City (CIDG-CDOC), early Tues­day, af­ter his house in Pue­blo de Oro Golf Es­tates yielded un­li­censed firearms and ex­plo­sives.

CIDG-CDOC com­mand­ing of­fi­cer Su­per­in­ten­dent Mel­gar De­varas said Galua is fac­ing charges for il­le­gal pos­ses­sion of firearms and ex­plo­sives.
