Quisumbing offers cash reward for gunmen
Mandaue City Mayor Luigi Quisumbing has offered a cash reward for anyone who could provide information on the whereabouts of Jessie Largo and his alleged cohort.
Largo and an unidentified man were charged with murder for the killing of John Ronli Calizar, 22, and a son of government worker Ferliza Contratista.
Lawyer Mae Elaine Bathan, the mayor’s chief of staff, said Quisumbing did not yet mention the amount of the cash reward. She said Contratista and Calizar were residents of Mandaue.
Calizar was shot dead inside the rented room of his girlfriend in Talisay City last Saturday. /
