The regional director of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Bicol has been appointed as the agency’s director in Central Visayas. PDEA 7 officer-in-charge (OIC) Ana Lynn Hernandez-Nob confirmed yesterday that she will be replaced by Emerson Margate.
