Vi­tarich to open new mod­ern plant

LEAD­ING agri­cul­ture com­pany Vi­tarich Cor­po­ra­tion is set to open its be­west nodern au­to­mated plant in Panacan, Davao City on Oc­to­ber 13, 2017.

Ac­cord­ing to Guillermo B. Mi­ralles, Vice Pres­i­dent and Feeds Devel­op­ment Man­ager, the plant has the ca­pac­ity to pro­duce 10 tons per hour of an­i­mal feeds or equiv­a­lent to 100,000 bags (50kg per bag), per month.

The plant is to be Halal cer­ti­fied and is to be ac­cred­ited by Food Safety Man­age­ment Sys­tem (FSMS) and Hazard Anal­y­sis and Crit­i­cal Con­trol Points (HACCP).

This fa­cil­ity will be of ser­vice to Min­danao farmers, en­sur­ing that they will al­ways be given qual­ity prod­ucts.

The com­pany re­mains true to its com­mit­ment un­til to­day that it will con­tin­u­ally aim to build part­ner­ships and grow busi­ness to­gether for Filipino Farmers na­tion­wide.

The com­pany was founded in 1950 by the Sarmiento brothers -Feli­ciano, Lorenzo and Pablo. For 67 years, it has be­came the coun­try’s lead­ing in­te­gra­tor due to its phe­nom­e­nal ex­pan­sion.

Since its found­ing, the com­pany has had its eyes set to help each Filipino farmer. De­ter­mined to el­e­vate the farmer’s stan­dard of liv­ing, Vi­tarich Cor­po­ra­tion con­tin­u­ously in­no­vates its prod­uct lines and ser­vices, al­ways keep­ing in mind the needs of its beloved farmers.
