147 killed in anti-drug operations since July 1

THE Police Regional Office (PRO 11) recorded a total of 147 drug personalities who were killed during their legitimate anti-drugs operation from July 1, 2016 to October 10 this year.

Based on the data presented by the Regional Investigation and Detective Management Division during the command conference held last November 8, of the number killed during the operation, there were a total of 61 fatalities under the Davao City Police Office (DCPO).

There are also 45 in Davao del Norte Police Provincial Office (DNPPO); 27 in Compostela Valley Police Provincial Office (CVPPO); 7 in Davao del Sur Police Provincial Office (DSPPO); 7 in Davao Oriental Police Provincial Office (DOPPO) and none in Davao Occidental Police Provincial Office (DOCPPO).

Authorities also confiscated a total of 7,690.4445 grams of shabu and 1303072.86 grams of marijuana during antidrug operation.

Meanwhile, PRO 11 recorded 77,642 houses visited; 65,482 who personally appeared or surrendered in different police units in Davao region; 2,767 operations conducted and 2,343 arrested.

DCPO visited 28,762 houses; 11,156 in Davao del Norte Police Provincial Office (DNPPO); 10,996 in Davao del Sur PPO; 9,771 in Compostela Valley PPO; 13,110 in Davao Oriental PPO and 3,847 in Davao Occidental PPO.
