THE Inter-Agency Anti-Arson Task Force (IAAATF), the body formed to conduct probe on the fire incident that hit NCCC Mall Davao, said that the result of investigation of the foreign forensic experts will not affect the result of their initial findings.

Fire Senior Superintendent Jerry Candido said that although the mall management hired their investigator to conduct an independent investigation on the fire incident, still, the BFP investigation would still prevail in case there is conflict.

"It has no bearing because it is our report that shall prevail.

The foreign experts are based in Washington DC, United States whom Candido identified as James M. Lord, Senior Fire & forensic engineer and Stephen M. Hill, Senior Fire Protection Engineer from Jensen Hughes.
