I noticed it was too pragmatic in visions and goals and I did not see the all-important character and moral component of basic education. It is not to be offered as a subject called value education. It must be embodied in all subjects as to virtues of honesty, righteousness, and behavior.
These are not taught but caught in the daily interactions between a genuine teacher who will not just train pupils through rote training but must, more importantly be educated which attends to the body, mind and soul of each pupil entrusted to his care.
