Indian man shot dead

BIÑAN CITY, Laguna – An Indian national was shot dead Sunday at Purok 3, Barangay Sto. Tomas, here.

Police identified the victim as Buta Singh Dhaliwal, 27.

The incident occurred around 10:30 a.m. with Dhaliwal being waylaid by two armed men who also took his motorcycle to escape to parts unknown.

Two spent cartridge cases of .45 caliber bullets were recovered at the crime scene.
