New routes for air­port buses

Manila In­ter­na­tional Air­port Au­thor­ity (MIAA) started field­ing yes­ter­day its Point-to-Point (P2P) premium buses to two new routes – go­ing to Sta. Rosa City in La­guna and Ala­bang in Muntinlupa City.

MIAA’s UBE Ex­press Premium P2P buses will ferry pas­sen­gers from Ni­noy Aquino In­ter­na­tional Air­port Ter­mi­nals 1, 2, 3, and 4 to the fol­low­ing stops: at Ala­bang Town Cen­ter and Ayala South Park, Muntinlupa, for a fee of ₱110; and at Robin­sons Mall Ta­gapo and Sole­nad in Nu­vali, both in Sta. Rosa, for a fee of ₱190.

“Start­ing to­day, Ube Ex­press, the premium air­port bus ser­vice opens two new routes, this time in the south­ern part of Metro Manila. The first route is in Ala­bang, Muntinlupa area.

“Pas­sen­gers go­ing to NAIA ter­mi­nals 1, 2, 3, and 4 can ride the bus from Ala­bang Town Cen­ter or Ayala Malls South Park. The sec­ond route is in Sta Rosa, with 2 sta­tions that pas­sen­gers can choose from – Sole­nad Ayala or Robin­sons Ta­gapo,” said MIAA in a state­ment.

Metro Manila De­vel­op­ment Au­thor­ity chair­man Danilo Lim praised the air­port au­thor­ity and its pri­vate part­ner for the project.

“I am glad we have this kind of project. The buses will give more con­ve­nience and safety to our pas­sen­gers,” Lim said.
