Chocolate as incentive
SWEET REWARD. Ateacher at a nautical school has found a novel way to reward good performance in class: Chocolate bars. He gives them to students of the class if they ace a quiz or substantially answer a question.
So far it has proven to work. He also says it's his little way of helping them. Many of them are scholars and cannot even afford to buy snacks for themselves. Also, a little sugar now and then is good to keep their energy levels up.
