Her­rera said they also plans to buy two wa­ter tanks with 2,000 and 6,000 cu­bic me­ter ca­pac­ity in or­der to pro­vide enough wa­ter sup­ply in the area.

With the plan ren­o­va­tion and re­ha­bil­i­ta­tion, Her­rera said, he will also bring up to the food stall own­ers the need to tem­po­rar­ily close Lar­sian.

“We have to sac­ri­fice for two months aron ma fast­track ang re­ha­bil­i­ta­tion ug ren­o­va­tion,” Her­rera said.

He added that one thing that he will look into is the con­tract of the con­ces­sion­aires.

Her­rera said they are now co­or­di­nat­ing with the Cebu City Health Of­fice for the san­i­ta­tion in­spec­tion and en­sure that food han­dling train­ing or sem­i­nar is re­quired be­fore busi­ness per­mit is granted.
