OMD Phl bags 5 ICE Awards

Driven by fear­less me­dia ideas and ex­e­cu­tions, OMD Philip­pines bagged five awards at the re­cently con­cluded 2017 MSAP ICE Awards held last week­end in Baguio City.

As first-time par­tic­i­pants in the award-giv­ing body, OMD took home Bronze ICE Awards from three out of seven cat­e­gories in the fol­low­ing cam­paigns: one Mul­ti­me­dia award from McDon­ald’s New Chicken Fil­let Itialiana, one Branced Con­tent award for McDon­ald’s New Chicken Fil­let Ital­iana, one Mul­ti­me­dia award for De­part­ment of Tourism More Fun Idols Front­liner cam­paign and one Dig­i­tal award for Nis­san Syl­phy Sen­tra Re­born.

The 2nd MSAP ICE Awards re­ceived a to­tal of 133 en­tries, which were short­listed to 20 agen­cies and pub­lish­ers who won 90 Bronze and 40 Sil­ver ICE Awards in the seven cat­e­gories: Sin­gle Medium, Mul­ti­me­dia, Ac­ti­va­tion, Branded Con­tent, Data and Not-for-Profit Cam­paign.

This year’s com­mit­tee ad­heres to its strict screen­ing pro­cesses judged based on the ICE stan­dards – In­sights, Cre­ativ­ity and Ef­fec­tive­ness. Ap­par­ently, none of the en­tries made it for the Gold and Plat­inum ICE Awards this year. Thus, no spe­cial awards were given out, in­clud­ing Me­dia Agency of the Year and Ad­ver­tiser of the Year.

OMD Philip­pines is com­mitt­ted to con­tinue pro­duc­ing no­table cam­paigns that drive to de­liver world-class in­te­grated com­mu­ni­ca­tions across mul­ti­me­dia plat­forms be­cause they be­lieve in a cul­ture and com­mu­nity that con­stantly chal­lenges it­self to grow.
