Arms show up at sM Megamall
The Defense & Sporting Arms Show (DSAS) Part 2 marks its 25th year tomorrow with an array of modern weaponry, activities, interesting seminars on tap for gun enthusiasts at SM Megamall in Mandaluyong.
A wide selection of firearms, ammunition and shooting paraphernalia will be showcased in the country’s longest running five-day gun exhibit which opens to the public at 10 a.m., according to world shooting champion Jethro Dionisio, president of the Association of Firearms and Ammunition Dealers of the Philippines, Inc. (AFAD).
Director General Ronald Dela Rosa, chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP), has been invited as guest of honor and speaker during the ribbon cutting ceremonies at 11 a.m. on Friday.
In partnership with the PNP, the DSAS will again spearhead the Firearms Caravan which will process applications for License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF), Permit to Carry Firearms Outside of Residence (PTCFOR) and Provisional LTOPF.
