Ivory Wood welcomes 1st batch of unit owners

-

Ivory Wood, DMCI Homes’ mid-rise development in Acacia Estates, Taguig City recent- ly welcomed its first batch of unit owners with the turnover of its Anahaw building.

The six-story residential building was made available to unit owners four months ahead of the original committed ready for occupancy (RFO) schedule.

Located in Acacia Estates, DMCI Homes’ township in Taguig City, the Filipino-Spanish architecture themed-development consists of seven mid-rise buildings with resortlike amenities and community facilities.

Launched in 2015, Ivory Wood caters to startup families and successful professionals for a secure and relaxed living environment, away from the hustle and bustle of city living.

With a Filipino-Spanish architecture imbuing a resortlike lifestyle, residents may indulge in a chic and classic metropolitan retreat with Ivory Wood’s first rate amenities that include a grand clubhouse, lush gardens, kiddie pool, lap pool, picnic grove, children’s playground, fitness gym, audio-visual room, jogging path and basketball court.

Nestled within DMCI Homes’ 150-hectare township in Taguig, Ivory Wood is just minutes away from Bonifacio Global City, Makati Central Business District, and Ortigas via C-5 Road.

More units will be made available for turnover when Palmira and Lauan buildings mark RFO status this year.
