COMPULSORY THIRD PARTY LIABILITY

Top Gear (Philippines) - - The Garage New Car Guide -

One should remember that in times of road accidents, damage or harm is not limited to you or your car. Sometimes, accidents involving your vehicles can cause harm to people who have no business with you and was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. And that’s where Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL) comes in. It’s an insurance against liability for the death or even bodily injury of third parties from motor vehicle accidents. Third party refers not to the owner, driver, or passenger of the insured vehicle. Also, the law requires a CTPL coverage before any vehicle (brand-new or not) is registered with the Land Transportation Office. Please drive carefully out there. Apply for an motorcar insurance coverage to make your journeys on the road hassle-free.
