THINGS TO NOTE

Top Gear (Philippines) - - The Garage -

After acquiring, submitting the necessary documents, and filing your claim, an adjuster is assigned to investigate the validity and compensation of your insurance claim. These are things that you should note during the investigation process of your claim: * Was the the policy in force at the time of the accident? * Was the premium fully paid?

* Was the vehicle involved in the accident the insured vehicle? * Was the cause of loss covered? * What were the restrictions in the use of the insured vehicle or on the driver at that time of the accident? * Was the use of the insured vehicle authorized by the owner? * Were there special clauses or endorsements applicable? Remember to check beforehand.
