A female call center agent was reportedly robbed by a tricycle driver and their rider yesterday morning at Helvetia Heights in Bacolod City.

Police have requested not to identify the victim, but confirmed she is a resident of the city.

Based on records released by Police Station 4 (PS4), the victim rode the suspects’ tricycle at Punta Pader, located near Hesusa Heights.

Upon arriving in Helvetia Heights, near the victim’s workplace, the tricycle driver and rider declared a hold-up and pointed an unidentified caliber firearm at the victim.

The victim yielded her bag containing two mobile phones and identification cards to the suspects, who immediately fled toward an undetermined direction.

PS4 is presently investigating the incident.
