Ina Raymundo has that rare gift of aging well. She is 41 but can rival a 20-plus year old in looks any day of the week. As she has settled into her roles as wife and mother, Ina divulges her tried-and-tested tips on making the most of every season of life.

What’s new with you?

“I just finished filming The Ghost Bride with Kim Chiu under Direk Chito Roño, aside from my regular teleserye, so I really need co†ee to keep me awake!”

So how does a day in the life of an Ina Raymundo look like?

“I get up at 6 AM to help my kids get ready for school. Of course, over breakfast, I have a cup of co†ee. As the young ones say, co†ee is life! My husband or I bring the kids to school, as we are super hands-on. I do my errands, grocery, paperwork, and bank stu†. After I am done with all that, it’s time to fetch my kids. Then I help them with their homework before playtime. Only then will I have time for gym. That’s my me-time. By the time I get home, it’s time to put my kids to bed. I really am just like other mommies. With my schedule like this, I clock in about 6 hours of sleep every day.”

What tools and tricks do you adopt in order to manage your schedule?

“Routine is my life! It is so important to stick to a routine so life doesn’t become chaotic. Imagine juggling motherhood and a career.”

What’s one thing you can’t live without?

“Working out is very important to me! I cannot live without exercising because it keeps me balanced, and of course, I need my daily dose of Kopiko L.A. Coee.”

What kind of physical activity do you like best?

“I love circuit training, which I do about 4-5 times a week. I also do suspension training, boxing, and Zumba. What’s thrilling is doing Zumba with the Titas of barangays in Metro Manila and Cebu. I recommended to those Titas to drink Kopiko L.A. Coee. It’s so much fun drinking co†ee and dancing with them early in the morning.”

With such a hectic schedule, what kind of coee keeps you awake and energized?

“Before, I used to drink regular co†ee but I started getting tummy aches because it was so acidic. But when I discovered Kopiko L.A.

Coee, I didn’t feel uncomfortable anymore.”

How does Kopiko L.A. Coee help you get through your day?

“Honestly, before, I would have a hard time getting through a scene. I would have such bouts of discomfort because of my stomach ache! Now, even if I have more than one cup, I feel fine. I guess that is the benefit of having a co†ee named Low Acid! A cup of Kopiko

L.A. Coee early in the morning instantly changes my day to good.” I ENJOY MY COFFEE WITHOUT WORRY! I encourage all Titas to get on their feet and exercise. It truly feels good to be active and fit. Of course, it wouldn’t hurt if they drink Kopiko L.A. Coffee and enjoy having a cup without the fear of an upset stomach. You still get the benefits of coffee and be worry-free!
