GabbI’S CrOwnIng gLOry

YES! (Philippines) - - Stargazing -

Gabbi Garcia’s long, black, and glorious tresses may have been her ticket to become the first filipina ambassador to asia of the global hair care brand Pantene. but the 19-year-old GMa contract artist doesn’t obsess about her crowning glory.

“Whenever I leave the house, suklay lang ako,” she told yeS! at the Pantene event. “Kasi ’yong iba, ibo-blow-dry pa ang hair. Ako, I just let it naturally dry up lang. My hair kasi is really easy to maintain. even if magulo siya, i-comb ko lang siya, okey na siya. yeah, it’s wash-and-wear. and it’s really thick.”

The morena actress, who’s in the cast of the recently concluded Metro Manila film festival (MMff) entry Meant To Beh and in the new drama series Sherlock Jr., has a simple routine of shampooing every other day and using conditioner after every shampoo. She also pampers her locks with Pantene’s 3-Minute Miracle hair treatment, especially when she goes to the beach, or if she expects to have a strenuous day, to prevent her mane from becoming dry and frizzy.

Gabbi Garcia (fifth from left) put her best hair forward, along with the other Pantene girls: (L-R) Kyna Sy, Char Deocareza, Pia Danielle Padre, Yanna Cowper, Patricia Henson, Rhea Bue, Trish Ramos, Katt Valdez, and Kim Cruz.
