Pageant season has arrived—and if there’s one thing fans are looking forward to, it’s the Binibining Pilipinas coronation night on March 18 at the Araneta Coliseum. Out of 40 candidates, only six will earn the title of Binibining Pilipinas and represent the Philippines in major international pageants.
Last January, members of the press got to know the candidates during a corporate visit to the beauty brand Ever Bilena, an official sponsor of Binibining Pilipinas. The candidates attended a makeup class, then showed off their skills as they introduced themselves and walked down the runway one by one. Ever Bilena chief executive officer (CEO) Dioceldo Sy and chief operating officer (COO) Silliman Sy (front row, third and sixth from left) gave out corporate awards to (L-R) candidates Vickie Rushton, Michele Gumabao, Catriona Gray, and Muriel Adrienne Orais.
Catriona, who represented the Philippines in last year’s Miss World pageant, is taking her third shot at the Binibining Pilipinas crown. At the event, she took home the title of Ms. Ever Bilena.
