Dredge the fish in the flour mix­ture.

Deep-fry or pan-fry the fish un­til golden brown. Set aside.

In a sauce pan, com­bine the Knorr Gravy, Knorr Liq­uid Sea­son­ing, and but­ter. Sim­mer for one minute.

Gar­nish with fried gar­lic and spring onions.

Driz­zle the sauce on top. Serve on siz­zling plate.
