Dredge the fish in the flour mixture.
Deep-fry or pan-fry the fish until golden brown. Set aside.
In a sauce pan, combine the Knorr Gravy, Knorr Liquid Seasoning, and butter. Simmer for one minute.
Garnish with fried garlic and spring onions.
Drizzle the sauce on top. Serve on sizzling plate.
