Spiced Party Punch
Impress your guests by making a big bowl of this festive fruit punch!
Heat 1 liter apple juice, 3 pieces star anise, and a pinch of ground nutmeg in a large saucepan over medium-low heat for 5 minutes or until steam rises from the surface. Turn heat off and steep for 10 minutes before cooling completely. Combine steeped apple juice, 1 liter ginger ale, 2 cups spiced rum, and 1 orange (sliced into thin rounds; optional) in a medium punch bowl. Add ice cubes right before serving. Serves 8.
