Kielbasa Sausage with Tri-color Bell Peppers
This colorful dish is sweet, tangy, and really easy to make. You can serve it as an appetizer or enjoy it as a main with steamed rice.

kielbasa sausages ✔ 2 tablespoons vegetable oil ✔ 1 large white onion, cut into
large chunks ✔ 1 large red bell pepper, seeded and cut into large chunks ✔ 1 large green bell pepper, seeded and cut into large chunks ✔ 1 large yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into large chunks ✔ 1 teaspoon ground
black pepper ✔ 1 teaspoon salt ✔ 1 cup sweet chili sauce

1 Boil sausage in 2 cups water for 10 minutes. Drain and allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice into thick rounds. Set aside. 2 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Pan-fry sausage for a few minutes just until slightly golden brown. 3 Add onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Add bell peppers and sauté for 3 minutes. Season with ground black pepper and salt. 4 Add sweet chili sauce and stir to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
