Straw­berry S’more Bites

✔ 8 gra­ham cracker squares ✔ 3 ta­ble­spoons straw­berry jam ✔ 4 large marsh­mal­lows,

cut in half cross­wise ✔ 8 cho­co­late squares or

cho­co­late-cov­ered macadamias

1 Pre­heat a toaster oven. Line bak­ing sheet with foil. 2 Ar­range gra­ham crack­ers on bak­ing sheet. Spread 1 tea­spoon straw­berry jam on each cracker. 3 Place a marsh­mal­low, cut side down, on top of each cracker. Bake in the pre­heated toaster oven for 1½ min­utes. 4 Re­move pan from oven. Place a cho­co­late square on top of each marsh­mal­low, press­ing down slightly. Re­turn to the toaster oven and con­tinue bak­ing un­til cho­co­late is melted and marsh­mal­lows are slightly browned, about 2 to 2½ min­utes. Serve im­me­di­ately.
